Baan Mali Villa is one of many Koh Samui villas that was fully furnished with private pool and surrounded by gardens. This villa was built four years ago in a quiet gated residential village of Maenam. The villa offers space to sleep up to 5 adults and 1 baby.There is two double bedrooms with queen size beds and one single bedroom in this villa. There is also a spacious kitchen with appliances such as dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove with electric oven, and other catering facilities. Besides this there is a walk in pantry with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom is furnished with laminate floor and air condition, with a walk in dressing room and closet. The bathroom has an outdoor bath, fully enclosed with shower. The other bedrooms have private shower and toilet. There is also free internet connection and can be used throughout the villa, and individual office/study with full air conditioner.

At this villa, there is also a shaded terrace by the pool, ceiling fans for outdoor lounge chairs or relax on the outdoor terrace to set. This villa also completed with an outdoor toilet with easy access to the pool. The concrete parking bay in front of the building provides space for one vehicle. For your amesement, there are DVD, radio, satellite or cable Channels, and Stereo.

Thailand is a country that was perfect to visit in all year round. Koh Samui benefits from a good weather season of about 10 months time. The dry season, is from January to May and from July to September. Temperatures are regularly 30-35 degrees till May and then from 1935 to 1940 degrees till September with odd showers from July to September. Wet season is from mid October to mid December, when temperatures are around 25-30 degrees mark.
